We’ve always used London as our in transit location when heading to Europe, however never actually spent any time here. With a few extra night’s up our sleeve, we decided to take up what London had to offer and book at the gorgeous W London in Leicester Square.
We’ve stayed at several W Hotels around the world, so knew this hotel would be no different showcasing a stylish fit out and being centrally located. We arrived to the hotel right on schedule, and were welcomed by the friendly valet team who held the door open for us, escorted us up to the first floor to reception, and brought our luggage to our room without hesitation.
The hotel is located within walking distance to the theatre district, nightlife, the main shopping strip and an abundance of amazing restaurants.

All 192 guest rooms are designed with sleek, funky decor including creative mirrored walls, floor to ceiling windows, modern furniture and a collection of music memorabilia displayed throughout. The room have been laid out to make the most of the space provided. With floor to ceiling mirrors to hide the rainforest shower and toilet and the large central island acts as both a wash station, bar and desk.
State-of-the-art technology showcases the modern vibe of the space with complimentary WiFi, flat screen TV’s, iPod docks and high quality sound system.
We opted for the ‘Spectacular Room’, offering a king bed, floor to ceiling windows overlooking Leicester Square, premium Bliss® Spa bath amenities, signature W bed with pillow-top mattress, 350-thread-count sheets and a goose down duvet and pillows.
