We all know Melbourne is known for their top end coffee (the best in Australia right?), so it’s only fitting we host the first event, Espresso Martini Festival right in our own backyard! Festival creator Tom Baker, co-founder of Australian coffee-liqueur company MR BLACK, has created this event to showcase his love for the Espresso Martini.
The festival will focus on eight different styles of Espresso Martinis, made from coffee roasters Campos, Rushmore, Coast Cold Brew and Beat Coffee. Ketel One and Two Birds Brewing are the main suppliers for all the booze!
The day will include cocktail making classes, tutorials on how MR BLACK is made and a history on the Espresso Martini. Sweets will also be supplied by some of Melbourne best bakeries to be enjoyed with your cocktail in hand.
