Positioned in the heart of Patong, this is one of the best hotels to vacation at while in Phuket. The hotel is situated directly across the street from the beach and around the corner from the local markets. With only a short walk, you can end up almost anywhere including the nightlife if that’s your scene.
Once you walk through the front doors, you immediately feel like you are no longer in the centre of the bustling Phuket, but on a peaceful resort. There are fountains and flowers everywhere throughout the hotel, a true symbol of Thai decor.
We made our way up to our room, which had a beautiful view of the water, however due to all the trees, you truly didn’t get a full view of the sunset or water, however was still a lovely view. If possible, i’d recommend going with an upgraded room, they are gorgeous.
We spent most of our time at the main pool. There were a lot of children around, nonetheless the pools as so large that they didn’t feel congested. On one of the first nights, there was a enormous storm that swiftly came through. We decided to stay in and order room service and sit on the balcony and watch the storm. Room service was quite quick, which was a bonus and the food was incredible!
At the hotel bar, we received a complimentary beverage to enjoy, which was nice. The service is top notch and the staff certainly go out of their way to serve you. The couches are comfy and it’s a great way to wrap-up the day before heading out for dinner.
Overall, the hotel is fantastic, the location is close to everything and the service is seamless.
