La Petit Creperie is an oh so cute creperie, located on the corner of Swanston Street and Little Collins Street. Utilising an old newsagent stand, the options are endless for this small venue. Best served on a cold Melbourne day, French music and the smell of sweet crepes lure you in to be greeted by a lovely French lady.
With an extensive and quite authentic menu, there is almost anything and everything on the menu to choose from. Crepes start from $4.50 for the traditional sugar & butter mix, to the fancy orange marmalade, chocolate and Grand Marnier at $9 a pop. Everything in-between range from nutella, maple syrup, salted caramel, chestnut puree and every type of jam you can think of, just to name a few.
Each time I stop by, I can’t resist the nutella and almond crepes. With a sweet, yet savory finish, this is the perfect way to warm up your walk out on the town.
