Singaporean chef Alicia Cheong, who has been working her magic in Singapore’s Michelin-starred Restaurant Andre for the last year, has learned a thing or two when it comes to creating true hawker style dishes. We’re talking a delicious three course hot Singaporean BBQ feast, held over three nights! The menu will be released over the coming days through their social media sites, but we could only imagine it will be full of tasty, full flavoured treats!
