Back again for the second year is The Roast Collection, by the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. To help ease your way into winter, The Roast Collection will help warm stomachs and celebrate the cold weather with a variety of different roast dishes at appealing prices.
With more than 100 different events, The Roast Collection will showcase both one off events as well as month long events during the month of June across Victoria. The festival will also showcase local produce as well as local wines from ‘Put Victoria on Your Table’. The MFWF does pride themselves in showing local produce and vineyards, so this is yet another event to do so.
Roasted meats and veggies with some of Victoria’s finest wines and craft brews are showcased by some of Victoria’s top restaurants. Everything from roasted duck, gourmet beef tacos, lamb shanks and seafood roasts can be found throughout the month.
