The National Gallery of Victoria will open its doors mid-December, showcasing two well known, and significant artists from the 20th and 21st centuries, Andy Warhol and Ai Weiwei. The gallery will focus on Andy Warhol’s modern art and contemporary life, with influences from Ai Weiwei.
More than 300 works of art will be on display including paintings, sculptures, film and photography, as well as some never seen before pieces. Over 500 Polaroids documenting Andy Warhol’s social life will also be on featured.
